What is a donor-advised fund?

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving account managed by a sponsoring organization. You contribute to the account, then recommend grants to eligible charities such as HCHF. Your DAF can support our mission throughout the year.
Tax benefits generally relate to contributions into your DAF. Recommending a grant from the fund does not create an additional charitable deduction. Ask your DAF provider or tax advisor about your circumstances.

How to give from your DAF

1. Sign in to your DAF provider’s website. You can also visit HCHF’s donation portal to explore our giving options.
2. Find Hispanic Cancer Health Foundation using EIN 99-0501528.
3. Recommend your grant and follow your provider’s instructions. Include your name and contact information to help us acknowledge your kind and generous support to the Hispanic Cancer Health Foundation charitable organization.
